  1. Campur semua bahan isian, aduk hingga rata.
  2. Ambil selembar kulit pangsit olesi dengan air, beri isian lalu lipat salah satu sisinya. Lakukan sampai bahan habis.
  3. Panaskan teflon, beri sedikit minyak goreng. Masukkan gyoza, sampai bagian bawah kecoklatan.
  4. Siram gyoza dengan larutan (air dan tepung terigu), tutup teflon dan masak dengan api kecil sampai kulit gyoza lunak dan larutan menyusut, sisihkan.
